Red and ivory, black and deep dark blue,  and a soft vanilla yellow.   

This is a vintage Persian kilim, a "flatweave" textile, meaning it was woven without knots, making it lightweight and reversible. The horizontal striped design is a classic style often associated with Jajim kilims, which were traditionally woven by nomadic tribes in Persia (Iran) and the Caucasus region.

As is often the case, the kilim is made up of three woven strips sewn together.
