Natural, brown leather

This reed mat from the Saharan tribes of Mauritania, is decorated with camel leather. It is an old piece (not to be compared to modern production) that has been used, but this kind of tribal artefact, with a simplistic and very elegant design brings a wonderful presence in our urban interiors.
